Yes! Karlee arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide a thing. If you have specific preferences — pet-safe products, fragrance-free cleaners, or a favorite brand — just mention it when you book and she'll do her best to accommodate.

Karlee is currently booked months in advance — through summer 2026 — which is a testament to how much her clients love her work. We strongly recommend reaching out as soon as possible to get on the schedule. Recurring bi-weekly clients receive priority access even when demand spikes.

Klean & co. currently serves Maryville TN, Alcoa TN, Greenback TN, Friendsville TN, and the broader Blount County area. If you're just outside these areas, reach out anyway — Karlee may be able to accommodate depending on scheduling. See the full service areas page for details.

A standard cleaning covers regular maintenance tasks — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and trash. It's ideal for homes on a recurring schedule that just need to stay on top of things. A deep clean goes much further: inside appliances, baseboards, grout scrubbing, window tracks, behind furniture, and every surface that accumulates build-up over time. Most new clients start with a deep clean before switching to a recurring standard clean.

Life happens — Karlee completely understands. Just give her more than 72 hours' notice and you can reschedule at no charge. Rescheduling requests inside the 72-hour window are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total, as that time slot is difficult to fill on short notice. You don't need to do much! Tidying up personal clutter — toys, dishes, laundry — before Karlee arrives helps her make the most of her time cleaning rather than moving things around. Secure pets in a comfortable space, and make sure she has access to the home (either be there or arrange a key or code). That's really all it takes — Karlee handles the rest.

Not at all — many of Karlee's clients leave a key or access code and come home to a beautifully cleaned house. After a few visits you'll know and trust her completely, and most recurring clients aren't home during their clean. That said, you're always welcome to be there if you prefer, especially for your first visit.

Karlee's move cleaning is one of her most thorough services. It includes a full deep clean of every room, inside all cabinets and drawers, inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave), spot-cleaning of walls, baseboards, door frames, light switches, window sills, and more. It's designed to leave the home spotless — whether you're trying to get your deposit back or preparing for new tenants.

Absolutely! Many of Karlee's clients have dogs, cats, and other pets. She's experienced with pet hair, pet odors, and the extra attention these homes sometimes need. Just let her know about your pets when booking so she can plan accordingly, and make sure they're secured in a comfortable space during the clean.

At Klean & co., Karlee reserves specific time slots for each client — so clear communication about scheduling is important. Here's how it works:

• More than 72 hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule free of charge.
• Less than 72 hours' notice: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.

If Karlee arrives at your property and cannot gain access — missing gate or door codes, no key provided, no one home to let her in, or a sudden lack of communication upon arrival — the full cost of the scheduled cleaning (100%) will be charged. Her time and travel are reserved specifically for your home, so please make sure she has everything she needs to get in before your appointment.
